UNIT 3: FRACTIONS & DECIMALS
In this unit, we will be exploring how fractions, decimals and mixed numbers are related to each other and how we can use them to solve problems. We will create equivalent fractions, simplify fractions, convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. We will also begin to multiply, divide, add and subtract fractions.
In our skills practice, we will begin to add and subtract decimals. It is important to practice a few of these problems each evening.
